Dear friends, this is the body containing the consciousness called Flo Li.
- I am not the body, nor am I the mind.
- I am.
- I exist – as a droplet merging into the endless ocean.
Both Baby Dog and I meditate regularly to calm our senses and return to neutrality. Initially when I embarked the spiritual journey it was a struggle force myself to turn within.
When I first got Baby Dog at three weeks old, her constant need for attention and high energy made it difficult for me to handle. Friends at Isha Yoga recommended meditation with my puppy dog on my lap. So nowadays, as you can see in this video, Baby Dog is calm and we make meditation a regular part of our life.
Eventually, the need to sit in a upright posture can be let go and as you maintain a sense of clear observation of yourself, this whole life can become a meditation – a living prayer.
🙏 Namaste 🙏
