During my recovery from a near-death experience, I found myself in a space where meditation happened naturally. In that space, healing happened, mental anxiety left me, and I was restored from the inside out. Many people ask me if I meditate, and nowadays I can say my whole life is a meditation – a living prayer.

Below, I would like to share a few programs I found useful during my journey. I hope it can be of use to you as well.
